With a background in nursing and graphic design, Sydney brings a thoughtful, people first approach to real estate recruitment. Her career in the property industry spans more than eight years, beginning as a Business Development Manager within a certification firm before moving into residential real estate sales in Sydney.

Having worked directly within the industry, Sydney understands the pace, pressure and personalities that sit behind every real estate business. She knows that a great hire is about far more than a CV. It is about values, standards, culture and finding the person who will genuinely strengthen a team.
